De-stress During the Holidays

Preparing your home for the holidays, shopping for gifts, and of course the planning, catering and all that together with family and friends come to town, on vacation, can be very stressful. This is especially when combined with rapid ordinary stress such as work, children and ordinary households. The problem is, with all this may not have time to think, let alone break.
