Places to See in Italy

The Republic of Italy has many to offer tourists, from great cathedrals to piazza, beautiful mountain ranges to museums and waterways. With an area of more than 300,000 kilometers, the population is roughly around 65 million people. It is located in the southern part of Europe and has diverse landscape. Some people who have gone to Italy quite a lot may suggest you to avoid summer, since the weather is quite hot and tourists are all around the places. If you plan to travel in Italy just for a few days, you may want to make an itinerary to help you get the most out of your time.

Some of the cities that are worth visiting are: Rome or Roma, the capital of Roman Empire in the past where the Vatican is also located; Florence or Firenze, where you can see some of the world's great art pieces from the time of Michelangelo; Milan or Milano, where you can shop all day long and max your credit cards; Pisa, where the Leaning Tower is and you could stop by and buy some souvenirs along the way; Venice, where you could take a picture on a gondola, visit the small islands and buy hand-blown glass pieces.

Visit the country and you can see that a great civilization has left its marks for the world to see. But before you go there, make sure that you have booked your accommodations and transportations. To go around the city, you can either learn to use the public transportation or hire a car in the city of your destination like Milan Airport Car Hire which will give you the flexibility you will need while traveling around the city.
