Choosing Your Diet Method

Everyone has a dream to have a healthy life and admired as a beautiful and slim person with attractive body appearance. That is the reason why some people are so obsessed with weight loss programs and sometimes they apply it in extreme ways. They are trying and changing various weight loss programs in a short period of time. Thus they experience yo-yo syndrome, their weight scales go up and down which also result in mood swing and health risks. Some even take the challenge of cutting almost 95% of carbohydrate and calories on their meals, risking their body to become malnutrition and have weaker immune defense system. Some others are eating as much as they want and then vomit it all out again for quite a long time before they realized that they have been suffering from bulimia or anorexia. It is important to think that a healthy diet program is actually designed not to reduce the excess body fat instantly but to change your body metabolism and system to work better by changing your eating pattern and food.

Are you in a particular weight loss program right now? How does it go so far? If you are having certain problems with your current method or you do not quite satisfied with the ongoing result, try to review the program. It is natural when you find that a successful weight loss method is not necessarily going to work out for all people. Each person's body has different characteristics, needs, and ways of metabolism process. For different people, the same diet program will not give the exact same result. To get a better consideration, you may consult your doctor before trying another diet method.

There are so many diet methods you can find online. Fortunately, I have found 3 recommended diet methods. Thus you do not need to look any further, just read their reviews and compare each other to know which method will give you the best result and best fit your preferences. Dieta Atkins (Atkins diet) founded by Dr. Robert Atkins. This method requires you to eat with 90:10 of protein and carbohydrate. The protein sources should be obtained from fish, certain kinds of meat, eggs, etc. Meanwhile, the carbohydrate is obtained from vegetables. The point is to shift the main energy source from carbohydrate to protein and body fat. For faster result, you may opt for dieta Fricker (Fricker diet) which has 2 phases: fast and moderate. In the fast phase, you should eat a lot of protein and reduce calories. After that, the moderate phase will make your new weight stable for long term. The third is dieta meditteranea (Mediterranean diet) offers you a better cooking and eating style by combining healthy food with balanced nutrition and emphasizing consumption of vegetables, olive oil, and wheat products. Make sure you choose the suitable method for a healthier body.
